Westerly Chartered Accountants was founded by accountants operating in industry who recognised the benefit their practical experience could bring to small business, providing the benefits of practical finance director advice integrated with strong systems and process knowledge.

Many businesses are large enough to benefit greatly from practical finance director input, but are not in a position to employ a full time Finance Director.

We aim to partner with these businesses, providing on call finance support wherever it is needed, from management accounts and cash flow forecasts through to presentations to the existing board and strategic input from a financial point of view we deliver what your business needs.

By making use of cloud accounting technology we can easily access a client’s systems and provide timely input as needed, rather than waiting for a weekly or monthly visit.

We couple this core offering with the more traditional role of the accountant, providing annual accounts production services as well as tax work, taking care of all your business’ financial compliance needs.  We also have experience in financial modelling and transactional work.

Based in Devon, we try and integrate with your business, cutting the jargon and using a fixed fee structure where we can, we endeavour to encourage as much interaction between us and your business as you need.
